We will take a trip down the Detroit River to the Riverside Park, taking in the Riverwalk and see all the Riverfront Renovations and the iconic Detroit skyline. Just past the Ambassador bridge we will stop to take a tour of the Wescott headquarters, a 150 year old family company still making deliveries to freighters. The 48222 designation is the only floating postal code in the United States. At the Postal Boat’s picturesque headquarters, we will enjoy a brief tour. We will hear the history of the company and even see some majestic freighters pass us by. Boat nerds can enjoy chasing a freighter to get good photos.This tour is a two hour minimum expedition.
